Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Time


Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.


Remote area deliveries may take additional time.


3. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address.


Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.


4. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment.


5. Delivery Attempt


Our courier partner will make maximum 2 attempts for delivery.


If you're unavailable, the order may be returned to us.


6. Damaged or Missing Products


If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:


Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Provide photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.

7. Wrong Address

AK Smart-Tech is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If the order returns due to wrong address, reshipping charges will apply.

Return Policy

At AK Smart-Tech, we maintain a strict No Return Policy. Please read the terms below before placing an order.


1. No Returns Accepted


All sales made on AK Smart-Tech are final.


We do not accept returns for any product once delivered.


2. Replacement Only (If Applicable)


Although returns are not accepted, we do offer replacement in the following cases:


Product received in damaged condition


Product is defective / not working


Wrong product delivered by us


To request a replacement:

Provide photos/videos showing the issue.


Product must include all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.


3. Conditions NOT Eligible for Replacement


We do not provide replacement for:


Customer damaged products

Physical damage reported after 48 hours


Used, altered, or tampered items


Issues caused by improper handling or installation


4. Cancellation Policy


Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.


Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
